1. Applicant must come personally with their passport and complete Form A (IM42).

2. Original Malaysian Identity Card (I.C)+ One Photocopy of each side of the I.C.

3. 2 (Two) Passport Photos (Blue Colour Background, Full Face Facing the camera and decent dress (No bare chest). (3.5 cm x 5.0 cm)

4. New Passport application form is available at our office at £ 0.25 pence each.

5. Cash Payment of £ 50.00 per 32 pages passport and £ 100.00 per 64 pages passport.

6. All applicant must come to the Immigration Office between 09.00 am to 12.00 pm to get the queue number.
