1. New born baby Passport will only be issued once the parent have done the registration with Malaysian Consular Department and Borang “W” number have been allocated for them.

2. The requirement to make a new passport for a new born baby is the same as when you apply for Birth Certificate, i.e. Father & Mother Married Certificate, Malaysian Identitiy Card, Passport, Child UK Birth Certificate and Borang W from Consular Department (Original + copy)

3. 2 (Two) Passport Photos (Blue Colour Background, Full Baby Face Facing the camera and make sure the baby is awake not sleeping(3.5 cm x 5.0 cm)

4. The Child and their parent must come and complete Form A (IM42) available at £ 0.25 pence each.

5. Cash Payment of £ 25.00 per 32 pages passport and £ 50.00 per 64 pages passport.

6. All applicant must come to the Immigration Office between 09.00 am to 12.00 pm to get the queue number.
