Letter of Good Conduct
              (From Royal Malaysia Police)

The applicant can download the FORM (LoGC) from www.kln.gov.my website and they are required to complete 2 sets of form and send them to the Malaysian High Commission, 45 Belgrave Square, London SW1X 8QT with the following documents:

     -    The complete form (LoGC)
     -    2 copies of your passport (with Malaysian Visas for Non-Malaysian)
     -    2 copies of your I.C. (for Malaysian Only)
     -    2 passport size photos
     -    A self-address envelope (A4 size) with £1.50 stamps for the registered postage
     -    Fee of £4.00 postal order only payable to Malaysian High Commission

Application for a 'Letter of Good Conduct' will be forwarded to the Police Headquarters in Kuala Lumpur and it will take 2-3 months to process.
