Marriage in Malaysia for FOREIGNER

Foreigner wishing to marry in Malaysia, needs to prepare the followings:

- Statutory Declaration / No Impediment regarding single status which required legalisation by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office and Malaysian High Commision.

- Divorce Certificate for those who have been maried and divorced

- Full passport

- Full Birth Certificate
