MALAYSIAN IMMIGRATION & CONSULAR MOBILE SERVICE
The High Commission of Malaysia, London will be organizing the Malaysian immigration and consular mobile services as follows:
Date : 7th August 2010 (Saturday)
Time : 8.30 a.m – 1.30 p.m
Venue : Broomhall Centre, Broomspring Lane, Sheffield S10 2FB
Type of services :
i. Submission of birth registration; and
ii. Submission of passport renewal and first time application for new born baby.
Malaysian citizens with valid long term UK visa/ permanent resident status are welcome to submit their application during the upcoming Malaysian immigration and consular mobile services.

To avoid refusal of application, please ensure to submit complete application (original and photocopied), photos as required http://www.jimlondon.net/photosample.html and exact cash payment.
Return postage special delivery envelope will be provided by the Immigration Department of Malaysia, London with a charge £ 7.00. Please allow 3 - 4 weeks for processing and return delivery.
Please be informed that passport photo facility and photocopy facility will not be provided during the mobile services.
